As is standard practice on major infrastructure projects in Western Australia, the PESP Alliance - working on behalf of the State Government - has issued letters to properties located within approximately 150 metres of the planned works, offering a property condition survey.

A property condition survey is an important part of pre-construction activities and involves an independent third-party specialist visiting properties to document and record the building condition prior to works commencing.

The survey and a final report on the property condition is provided to the owner at no cost, and provides a point in time assessment that can be used post construction to identify any significant changes to the condition that may have resulted from construction activities.
