A new hospitality venue is proposed as part of the development, providing an opportunity for the private sector to invest in a new, year-round food and beverage venue.
Featuring an open-planned design with an outdoor deck, the venue will offer patrons a unique experience with panoramic views of various locations around the track, amphitheatre and the Perth city skyline.
The Western Australian government is currently undertaking a process with private sector proponents to realise this opportunity.
